WaiTech and Motorola Mobility LLC today announced the signing of a 6-year agreement giving WaiTech the only right to create and distribute Nursery1 and Personal Audio2 products under the Motorola brand worldwide3 beginning on January 1, 2021.
The two businesses will collaborate closely to migrate from the present Nursery and Personal Audio product ranges to new WaiTech product ranges, building on a cooperation that has already lasted more than ten years.
In order to improve product quality, user experience, and audio performance, this cooperation will also make use of the skills, resources, and capabilities of both businesses to work on design and innovation.
